Error Message: 2011 Inconsistent Claim

This error indicates there's something inconsistent with one of the elements of the claim, and can't be sent until the error is resolved. 

The software performs a large number of checks before the claim is transmitted. To see what element is causing the error, we need to look at the Eclipse log for that invoice. The last command in the log will indicate where the problem is coming from.
