Repeated reports of MEDICARE_ASSESSING or MEDICARE_VERIFIED on the invoices History tab over more than 5 days is an indication that the processing is not progressing. In this case, call Medicare on 1800 700 199 to report the problem. They will want to know:
* the date of transmission of the claim (you can see this on the Eclipse PENDING tab)
* the name of the patient.
* your minor or location ID (on your Settings page)
