Creating Reports

The Reports screen lets you choose Invoices or Payments from selected dates to download for your records.
 
  • Select Invoice or Payment records.
  • Choose a Summary or Detailed description.
  • Set the Report Period. You can choose a time frame from the drop down menu or select Specific Dates and enter your own in Date From and Date To.
  • The report can be filtered by health fund codes, or left blank to include all funds.
  • Select either the Current Provider or All Providers on the software.
 
 
The report will download as a PDF, which you can then print from your computer.
