Dealing with slow connections

Our servers run on the fastest available connections in Australia. Slow connections are almost always due to the path from your computer to the server. Try these steps to troubleshoot your connection.
  1. Ethernet will give better performance than Wifi (wireless) connections. If possible, try plugging your computer directly into your modem, and restart the software.
  2. Cutting Edge software works better with some browsers. We prefer (in rough order) Firefox and Chrome, Safari and Internet Explorer have been identified as the source of some connection problems.
  3. If the connection drops temporarily, you will see a red Loading or Connection Error box in the top right hand corner of the screen. In this case try clicking the Refresh or Reload button on your browser.
  4. After printing you may need to use the Refresh or Reload button, depending on how your printer is set up.
